WHO THIS IS FOR:

WHY THIS SPACE MATTERS:

As a licensed therapist and founder of Healing Out Lao’d, I’ve spent years holding space through individual and group therapy, storytelling, and organizational workshops and trainings. This virtual series is an extension of that work—created to make healing tools more accessible, especially for those who may not be able to attend retreats or access 1:1 therapy for a variety of reasons, but still deserve culturally responsive healing, tools for emotional resilience, and community-centered care.

My hope is that this virtual practice space reaches the people who need it the most, and is fitting for the timing of their lives. You, as an adult child of Southeast Asian refugees/immigrants, deserve a space where you feel understood, seen, and heard by simply being you. <3
