Southeast Asian Mental Health & Healing Practitioner Directory

Currently Building Our Community Network

Healing Out Lao’d is currently building a growing community-centered directory of Southeast Asian therapists, mental health professionals, healing practitioners, wellness educators, and culturally & identity-affirming care providers across the diaspora.

This space was created to help increase visibility, connection, collaboration, and access to culturally responsive care within Southeast Asian communities.

For many of us navigating intergenerational trauma, displacement, identity, grief, healing, and mental health, finding providers and practitioners who understand the cultural nuances of our lived experiences can feel deeply important.

This directory aims to uplift and connect Southeast Asian providers, healers, and practitioners across a range of healing modalities and approaches, while recognizing that healing can look different for everyone.

The directory may eventually include:

  • Licensed Therapists & Counselors

  • Social Workers and Case Managers

  • Psychologists & Psychiatrists

  • Wellness Educators

  • Breathwork & Meditation Facilitators

  • Bodyworkers & Somatic Practitioners

  • Spiritual & Cultural Care Practitioners

  • Coaches & Facilitators

  • Community-Based Organizations & Collectives

Interested in Joining the Directory?

We are currently gathering information from Southeast Asian mental health and healing practitioners who may be interested in being included in future iterations of this growing community resource.

Important Note:

Healing Out Lao’d will do its best to help cultivate a thoughtful, community-centered directory rooted in care, integrity, and cultural responsiveness. Please note that NOT all individuals included in this directory are licensed mental health therapists or clinical providers. This directory may include a range of healing practitioners, wellness educators, facilitators, cultural care practitioners, and community-based organizations offering different approaches to support and healing.

Community members are encouraged to independently explore fit, credentials, licensing, training, and approaches to care when seeking support or services.
