RATES | INSURANCE | PAYMENTS

Rita does not currently accept in-network insurance or sliding scale options as valid forms of payment and can only provide telehealth services to California residents at this time.

At the end of each session, clients can request a “superbill” receipt if you have PPO or EPO insurance for reimbursement.

It will be your responsibility to verify what your out of network benefits are and if your insurance company accepts superbills. You are recommended to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the member representative what your out-of-network behavioral health outpatient benefits are in order to access them in full. For more information, please review this step-by-step guide for accessing your OON benefits.

If you already know your OON benefits, you can use the app Reimbursify to simplify the process of insurance reimbursements. Simply take a photo of the superbill I provide and they’ll take care of the rest!
