As a politicized healing practitioner and community coach, my intention is to provide a safe space that feels inclusive, warm, and empowering as we work together to navigate challenging experiences and life goals.
My approach in coaching draws in mindfulness and somatics practices that interweave both presence and understanding where emotional trauma impacts the body. While things outside of your control may be ungrounding and cause you to feel hopeless and stagnate, coaching can offer creative solutions to combat those unpleasant feelings and heal. Beyond this, coaching is a space to explore endless possibilities for accessing one’s purest and most authentic self. How can we work collaboratively to bring you closer to the state of alignment and thriving?
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll first explore if we are a good fit to work together and if not, I am fortunate enough to have a whole network of trusted colleagues who are waiting to meet you!
I offer 1x1 coaching sessions that can be conducted over the phone, Zoom, Skype or Google Hangout. Each session is 50 minutes long and can be tailored to meet your specific needs.
Every client is asked to commit to 10 coaching sessions for 3 months because peak growth and development typically occurs between this time range. In addition, it’s likely for clients to feel great about their progress and then suddenly dip for any reason. I invite clients to explore these nonlinear ways of achieving goals and together, further process what happened during the time of the big dip and what steps we can take to realign actions with values and meet intended goals. After our 3 months is up, we can discuss how often to check-in whether it be weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed.
What is your intention for showing up each session and what would you like to get out of our time together?
